The additive in the Vacuette® urine CCM tubes stabilises bacterial growth, for quantitative determination, and for 48 hours at room temperature. The urine specimen therefore does not require refrigeration. Vacuette® urine CCM tubes are suitable for extended processing and transport times, and for microbiological diagnoses.
Vacuette® urine CCM tubes are, like all Vacuette® tubes, leak-proof, virtually unbreakable, sterile and feature a vacuum for an optimised sample to stabiliser ratio.
