- All data within MLS NV is maintained in a structured manner so that its management is evident.
- MLS NV only collects relevant data, no additional information is requested when this is not necessary, it is only kept for the time it is needed, or it is then anonymised if further statistics are required (proportional).
- MLS NV is transparent about the collected information, in case of questions about the personal information that is collected, you can always contact MLS NV. None of the customer data is shared (sold or rented) to third parties, but is only used for internal purposes (commercial such as purchase history, financial such as making invoices and credit notes, or technical e.g. device repair logs)
- Several safety measures have been implemented within MLS NV. Infrastructure is therefore kept constantly up-to-date and adapted in order to limit new threats in accordance with best practice principles.
- MLS NV communicates with employees and customers regarding privacy data and its treatment.
- MLS NV employees are informed about the use and risks of private data, when necessary a training is given about this subject.
