The System II Hex™ Cassette Lid differs from conventional round hole lids in that it hashexagonal instead of round perforations arranged in a honeycombed structure to betterutilise the available surface area. This unique arrangement increases the open area byapproximately 13 percent thereby increasing reagent flow through and improving specimenstaining and analysis time. A potential cost saving benefit is that there is less carry over ofchemicals so reducing the frequency of chemical change.
The Hex™ Cassette Lid is manufactured from high-grade virgin acetyl resin, ensuring bothquality and performance is maintained at the high standard expected from CellPath products.
