The Supa Mega Slim cassette is being widely adopted in clinical, research and toxicology laboratories. Its internal chamber is one third of the depth of the conventional Supa Mega cassette. This thinner depth is recommended through reducing specimen thickness and shortening the processing time.

Space block for microtome clamp:
- Required for use with Supa Mega Slim cassettes to ensure the block is clamped efficiently with no chance of movement during sectioning.
- Made from aluminium.
- Four locator pins easily position the adapter block in the correct position.
- Time-saving: can be pre-cooled, providing additional cooling to the block when sectioning.
