CellPath stainless steel dissection forceps are available with or without a heavy coating of PTFE Xylan©. The coating offers a unique combination of chemical inertness, heat resistance, sturdiness and non-stick qualities.
The bio-inert nature of the PTFE coating makes the forceps ideal for use in histology, microbiology and pharmaceutical laboratory applications, and are ideal for use with special stains or decalcification.
CellPath PTFE coated dissection forceps are particularly useful for specimen dissection as they are non-marking, making them ideal for handling soft or easily damaged tissue specimens.
