Pluggo decappers
The Pluggo decapper is an automated system for the safe removal of stoppers from most standard vacuum blood collection tubes. Pluggo prevents the risk of infection through aerosol formation & spillage, and reduces the possibility of repetitive strain injury (RSI) through manual cap removal.
Standard Pluggo decapper
- Tubes are loaded into a 24 position carousel for decapping.
- Capacity of up to 2.000 tubes per hour.
- Tubes of 16 x 75 mm, 16 x 100 mm (in the same machine).
Pluggo for single analyser racks
- Available for specific analyser racks.
- Capacity of up to 2.000 tubes per hour.
- Tubes of 13 x 75 mm, 13 x 100 mm, 16 x 75 mm, 16 x 100 mm (one size per machine).
Pluggo RH decapper
- Up to 15 racks at one time allowing walk away operation.
- More than 2.000 tubes per hour.
- Tubes of 16 x 100 mm.
