The Nucleic-card™ is specifically designed for the collection, transport and storage of human DNA (from buccal cells, saliva, blood) for human identification purposes.
- Used for DNA databasing and paternity testing.
- Direct amplification: lysing treatment on the matrix.
- Samples can be stored for 20 years at room temperature.
- Prevents degradation: microorganisms are inactivated by the special formulation.
- Forensic DNA grade: free of amplifiable human DNA, free of detectable DNase and RNase, EtO treated.
- Optimized with FLOQSwabs™: possibility to extract DNA by cutting a portion of the padded FLOQSwabs™.
- Compatible with different direct PCR amplification kits for HID purposes.
- Every Nucleic-card™ is identified with a pre-printed barcode.
