Diluflow® is designed for the automatic dilution of a solid sample with the appropriate quantity of diluent.

DiluFlow® Elite is designed for the automatic dilution of a solid sample with the appropriate quantity of diluent. Its traceability features enable the recording of all the operations. Programmable and connectable with up to 6 diluents. The 1 kg version is specifically designed for cosmetic analyses requiring high accuracy.

  • Patent: multi dispensing mode.
  • Resolution up to 200 g: 0,01 g.
  • Robotic arm for easy sample insertion.
  • Jumbo kit option for 3.500 ml bags.
  • Traceability via the printer, data export to Excel™, monitoring software, data transfer from CSV to USB and bidirectional connectivity with LIMS.
  • 2 x USB for a printer, a keyboard, a barcode reader or a flash drive, 1 x USB for the computer, 1 jack output to connect a foot pedal or a handy gun and ethernet connection for LIMS.
  • Dilution time: < 8 s.
  • Dilution factor: 2 to 1.000, editable fractions.
  • The weighing accuracy of the DiluFlow® Elite 5 kg is: 0 g to 100 g: ± 0,05 g / 100 g to 5.000 g: ± 0,1%. For the DiluFlow® Elite 1 kg it is: 0 g to 20 g: ± 0,01 g / 20 g to 1.000 g: ± 0,1%.
  • Dilution accuracy: > 99%.
  • Max number of pumps: 2 integrated + 4 external.
  • Maximum weight: (5 kg) 5.000 g, (1 kg) 1.000 g.
  • Maximum weight without support: (5 kg) 7.000 g, (1 kg) 1.500 g.

Delivered with: 1 or 2 pumps, 1 DripTray 400, 1 protection for nozzle, 1 dispensing assembly (GL45 - Ø 6,4 mm (Elite 1 kg: Ø 3,2 mm)) per pump, monitoring software, USB cable, USB stick, power cord, 1 BagOpen® 400 for dilutors, user’s manual, quick user guide, 10 GeckoGrips and a free sample of sterile bags.
