eSwab^® is a device for the collection and transport of microbiological samples.

eSwab^® - Copan’s Liquid Amies Elution Swab - is their multipurpose media intended for the collection and transport of clinical specimens containing aerobes, anaerobes, fastidious bacteria, viruses and Chlamydia.

eSwab^® is validated for the following applications:

Bacterial culture of aerobes, anaerobes and micro-aerophiles.
Direct detection of Antigens.
Molecular applications (PCR) for both bacteria and viruses.
