There are 3 ways to find a product in our webshop.
- Search field
On the upper right of the screen you can find our search field:
Here you can fill in a product number, description, supplier codes (or a part of it). If you are logged in, you can also fill in an order number. In this way you can most easily find your order.
- Advanced search
In order to find a product in a quicker way, you can further refine your search by using ‘Advanced search’. In this case, the exact search terms have to be filled in (not just a part).
- Navigate through Products
If you go to Products, you can find the right sub group/product by navigating in the menu.

You can send us a request through our website. Therefore click on the button on the right upper side:
After this, the log-in screen will appear, on which you can choose “Register?”.
Please fill out your full details on our contact form. On the page beneath, you can mark “Request for login data (webshop)”.
Our Customer Care Service receives your request and will deliver you the login data.
Quick order allows you to add products to your shopping cart by using the exact MLS code, supplier code or customer code. You can only add products with customer code if you are logged in.
By default there are 3 order lines, but you can add more order lines by clicking on the button “+ new order line”.
Placing an order without an account on our webshop is not possible, you may send us your order by email to order@mls.be.

There are 3 ways to add products to your shopping cart:
- By clicking on the title ‘Products’, ou can navigate to the product you want, fill in the quantity and click on the button “Add to cart”.
If you click in the field Quantity you immediately get a pop up saying that the quantity has to be a multiple of one of the packages.
Only if this condition is fulfilled, you can click on the button “Add to cart”.
After you have added a product (or more products from that same table), you get a confirmation:
And now you can also find the product in your shopping cart (button on the upper right):
- By clicking on the title ‘Quick order’, you can add products to your shopping cart by using the exact MLS code, supplier code or customer code (only logged in).
You also get the pop up saying that the quantity has to be a multiple of one of the packages.
By default there are 3 order lines, but you can add more order lines by clicking on the button “+ new order line”.
You also get the confirmation that the products have successfully been added to your shopping cart.
If you are logged in, you can see the MLS code between brackets as well as the possible customer code.
- If you are logged in you can add products to your shopping cart via ‘Dashboard’ and then clicking on ‘Order history’, ‘Favorites’ of ‘My subscriptions’.
- Go to ‘Order history’ or ‘Favorites’, click on the icon of the shopping cart, and An overflow window pops up in which you can fill in the quantity.
- Go to ‘My subscriptions’, select a subscription and click on the button Order. An overflow window pops up in which all products of the subscription are shown. Here you can fill in the quantity and add the product to the cart.
Remark: only if you are logged in, you automatically get to see your personal prices!
You can log in with your email address. After being logged in, you can find your customer code in “My Account”.
Click on “Password forgotten?” at the bottom of the screen or in the login screen.
By clicking you can enter your email address. You receive the confirmation that an email has been sent to the email address given.
This email will provide you a link to change your password.
While placing an order you have to select a delivery address (Shipping). If your delivery address is not in the list, you can manually add one by filling in one yourself under ‘Other’.
MLS will create the new address in its system and will be available for your next order.

All common disposable laboratory products are in stock at MLS. That is why these articles are delivered within 24 hours after we have received your order. For all other products we do everything in our power to keep the delivery terms as short as possible.

If you are looking for a specific product, we will be pleased to help you.
The price of our products is very low, especially if you convert them to ‘price per unit’.
As example we refer to the price of the pipet tips. For this kind of products, we often talk about 0,004 € per piece. Sometimes it is confusing if prices like this are communicated by phone. Therefore we decided to mention the prices for most of our products per 1000 pcs. As a result the price for pipet tips will be 4 € /1000 pcs in this case.
A fair question is: for example, ‘what is the price for a package of 250 pcs?’
- Price/1000 pcs = 4 €
- => Price/pièce = 0,004 € (4 € / 1000)
- => Price/package = 1 Euro (250 x 0,004 €)
