Our petri dishes are manufactured in crystal-clear polystyrene through sidelong “injection moulding” and guarantee:

• A good mechanical resistance (retaining its shape up to 75°C).
• An excellent optical quality.
• A very flat dish.
• Available with or without ventilation ridges (for air circulation and avoiding condensation).

Aseptic
Petri dishes are produced among a laminar flow and are packed immediately after the production. The production takes place at approximately 250°C and satisfies to kill all microbes. This fabrication process is recommended for bacteriology applications as a contamination risk is almost impossible.

Gammasterile
Petri dishes pass through an electron accelerator (10 KGray dose). Every carton is provided with a yellow sticker that becomes red when sterilizing. Sterilization warranty: 3 years. A sterilization certificate is attached to every carton.
